A Criterion poster for critically acclaimed Japanese film, ‘Floating Weeds’ by Yasujirou Ozu.
I created poster designs for and inspired by the late graphic designer Tibor Kalman. I studied his design elements, mainly exercising the way to broke the grid. Just like his magazine, “Colors” he used various colors on each issue. I chose different color palettes and mixed them around to create a series.

Change the World with a poster. I decided anyone’s lives can be change by following this made up cult, by flipping a coin.
Starting with inspiration I took from three different countries Belarus, Venezuela and Yemen, I created my own country. The designs are built up from a fictional god named Zelysse. The country celebrates Zelysse everyday. The rigid lines on the flag represent the tight grip the god, Zelysse, has on the entire country.
